Come and enjoy relaxation and serenity in our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in St. Clair. Surrounded by hundred year oak trees we have give our home the name of Oak Oasis. The natural habitat adds a peaceful view as you come back from the beach and unwind for the evening. St. Clair in conveniently located near Sea Palms Golf Course Resort and Sago Restaurant, a short bike ride to the historical grounds of Fort Frederica and Christ Church, close distance to Harris Teeter grocery store as well as local boutiques and restaurants. Hop in the car for a short drive to the beach or village area, including the light house. Entering the house you will feel right at home. The large living room on the front of the house is beautifully decorated with calming blue accents. A comfortable large couch that converts into a sofa bed for a relaxing movie night with the Smart TV or an added bed for guest space. A cozy dining room shares this open space with seating for six. There is a pocket door before entering the kitchen that can be closed to create a private 4th bedroom with the pull out sofa bed. As you continue through the house you will enter the spacious kitchen with an open concept into the back living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets you can imagine. Four bar stools line the island with an additional two seats at the high top bistro table. The living room offers ample seating space as well as another Smart Tv. There is also a full laundry room and garage off of the kitchen. Step outside through the sliding glass doors onto the newest addition to our home, the cozy screened in porch. Comfortable seating with two cushioned chairs and a full size sofa that converts into a queen pull out sofa bed. Also, this space is furnished with a dining table for six and makes this the perfect spot for afternoon relaxing and entertaining with friends and family. Our backyard is large and completely private with provided lawn care for your relaxation. It is also fenced in so no need to worry about your pets! The bedrooms have been thoughtfully arranged to fit a large family or group of friends. In the master you will find a comfortable king bed with a small seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or unwinding with a book. The connecting bathroom is updated with a beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom which includes a bathtub for children or a little TLC spa treatment. One bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed perfect for siblings to share.
