Steps to joining our Program:

  • Step 1

    Read "Criteria" below to see if we will currently accept your property.

  • Step 2

    Complete a form with your property details. This information is what will show up on the website.

  • Step 3

    Text photos of your property to 770-367-1578. These are the photos you want to be included in your listing on our website.

  • Step 4

    Add property to AVAILABILITY LIST. Allow 72 hours for your property to be approved. Once it is live, be sure to add it to our availability list. Visit the website to get your properties URL.

  • Step 5

    You will receive an email with all the information you need to rent to the FLETC renter. It will include tax exempt forms, a reservation confirmation form, instructions on how to set up billing for the FLETC renter.

  • Step 6

    If we have a potential renter for you, we will reach out to you with their contact information. You will be responsible for making contact with them, setting up the reservation, getting them paperwork and any information they need pertaining to your property.

Criteria: Want to join our program? We are currently only accepting properties that meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Single Family/Stand Alone

    The number one request we receive is for single family homes. These are stand alone homes, not townhomes or condos, and not homes with separate inlaw suites.

  • Location

    We are currently only accepting single family homes located on St. Simons Island, South of North Harrington (to include N. Harrington). South end is the most desirable and mid island after that.

  • Updated and Fully Furnished

    The FLETC renter is looking for a new or recently renovated home with nice furnishings. They want a home that is well kept and clean, not outdated. Utilities and yard maintenance included.

  • Pet Friendly Prefered

    We prefer pet friendly properties with fully fenced in yards. If your home is not pet friendly but meets the aforementioned criteria, we will still consider listing your property. If you have a pet friendly property you can choose what type of pets you accept (dog/cat/size/breed).

This is only if you have already been added to the website. If you are in need of a renter, you must complete this form. This gets you on our availability list which is sent to anyone inquiring about a property. If you are not on this list, potential renters will not know that your property is available.
